Ordering
We request that an order be placed 2 to 4 weeks in advance of the event. We are sometimes able to accept last minute orders, so please do not hesitate to contact us. An order can be placed by visiting our bakery during business hours, via an email submission, or over the phone.
We do offer sit down tasting and design consultation appointments for weddings, or for special occasions with 100 or more guests. Appointments are conducted Tuesday through Thursday and on selected Sundays. Please allow at least an hour for your consultation. If you will be more than
15 minutes late for the appointment please call in and reschedule so we can give you the attention you
deserve.
A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the order, if you wish to secure the date prior to having a final design a $100 non-refundable deposit can be placed. We take orders on a first come, first serve basis and cannot guarantee your order without a deposit. The remaining balance for weddings is due 30 days prior to the wedding day and for all other orders it is due at pickup. Any late payments will be assessed a 10% late fee.
Please note that at this time we service Northern California and we do not to ship our cakes via FedEx, UPS or USPS.
